Materials

All Consumable items must be in original, unopened Euclid® Medical Products packaging to be eligible for return.  Returned items that have been resealed after opening will not be accepted for credit.

Unopened consumable products are eligible for return up to 30 days from original receipt.

Parts

Parts must be in original packaging to be eligible for return.  Parts which have been used on equipment and/or have made contact with medications are not eligible for return.

Machines

Returns of unused equipment must be in original Euclid® Medical Products packaging.  After a machine is used for packaging medications it is no longer eligible for return.

Aftermarket Machine Parts Warranty

All aftermarket parts have a 90 day warranty when installed by a certified technician.  If repairs are not made by a technician certified by Euclid® Medical Products, the warranty on those parts will be voided.

Process for Returns

Contact our customer service team.  If you request for return is approved, an RMA will be issued and return instructions will be provided.  Credit cannot be issued with out an associated RMA number.

If Euclid® Medical Products has made an error on your order, we will correct it at no charge to you.

If Euclid® Medical Products is not at fault, shipping charges for the return must be paid by the customer.  If the error is not the fault of Euclid® Medical Products, unfortunately we cannot issue a full refund in order to recover our cost.  A processing fee of 25% will be charged.
