We are taking the following measures to ensure we meet customer needs while doing our part to keep you, our employees and our communities safe.

Supply Chain

Our supply team is working closely with our suppliers to identify any potential risk to our supply chain.  Currently we are not experiencing any consumables or part shortages. We will notify you immediately if the situation changes or we expect changes in our lead times.

Customer Support

Our team members are prepared and well equipped to provide you with on-going technical support. Our support team is available from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm EST at 800-727-2543 or info@euclidmedicalproducts.com

Field Service Support 

Our field service team will remain available to handle any needs requiring a field service visit pending your approval.

We will send updated communications if any changes to operations or support occur.
