Material Return Policy – All consumables must be in original Euclid® Medical Products packaging and unopened for return to Euclid® Medical Products. Returned items that are re-sealed after opening will not be accepted for credit. Consumable products returned after 30 days from original receipt will not be accepted for return to Euclid® Medical Products.

An RMA will be issued once request for return occurs and is approved – credit cannot be issued without an associated RMA number. In the event that Euclid® Medical Products is at fault for the need to return items, a call tag will be sent to the customer for no charge freight. If Customer is at fault freight charges must be paid by Customer for the return. After goods are received back at Euclid® Medical Products and inspected, a credit will be issued for the returned items on the original purchase order.

A processing fee of 25% will be charged for all returned items ordered in error.

Aftermarket Machine Parts Policy – All aftermarket parts have a 90 day warranty when installed by a certified technician.  In the event that repairs are not made by a certified technician, the warranty (on those parts) will be voided.
